Terms of service

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or your package arrives damaged, please send an email to info@apiahoney.com to discuss. Please provide this email with some pictures relating to your issue within 14 days of your purchase.  If your order has been delivered and it is incomplete firstly, apologies for this, and then please email the same address info@apiahoney.com and provide us with your order number, a photo of the products you received, and a photo of the shipping label and we will get back to you accordingly.
